• Each point is worth $1.00.
• Earn 100 points for each purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Redeem up to 500 points on your next new or pre-owned vehicle purchase.
• Earn points equal to 5% of total customer pay service, parts or accessory purchase before tax.
• Preferred Owner Program is household sensitive; all family members can earn points on one card.
• Maximum earnings per single visit exist.

Program Rules, terms, and conditions:

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points are not transferable
• Oil changes and wholesale part purchases are not eligible to earn points.
• Factory or extended warranty repairs are not eligible to earn points.
• Preferred Owner cards expire after 2 years.  New cards may be issued at Pearl Motor Company’s discretion.
• Points may not be redeemed if you are in default under the terms of this agreement or with any obligation at the dealership.
• Pearl Motor Company reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation. In the event of disqualification or program termination, accumulated points will be terminated.
• Fleet customers are not eligible to participate.
• Membership cards remain the property of Pearl Motor Company and must be surrendered upon request.
• Pearl Motor Company reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated points.  All decisions are considered final.
• Pearl Motor Company reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the Preferred Owner Program at any time without member notice.

All documents and information is confidential and may only be used for an intended business purpose. Any other use of said information is strictly prohibited. I further agree to follow the rules and regulations that Pearl Motor Company has in place in regards to the handling of confidential information so
as to protect the privacy of all involved.

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy. A revised Privacy Policy will only apply to data collected subsequent to its effective date. Any revisions will be posted at least 10 days prior to its effective date.
