I moved to the area almost a year ago. Had a Ford that I took to a great dealership in Crane, MO. I totaled that Ford in January. When I went looking for a dealership to take care of my new Buick, I found Pearl on line. They had really good reviews. I booked my first appointment and was hooked. Tony Allen really made my truck purchase fun and easy! I called about an F350 they had just posted on their website. Tony held the truck on my word that I would be there. Had a very enjoyable test drive and they got me in and out of there in a short amount of time. Certainly the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had and can not say enough good things about my salesman! No pressure, comical, polite, just how sales should be!

My ton Duramax popped up a check engine code with only 60K miles since new. I live about 40 miles from the dealership. They read the code the following day without an appointment. Repair required truck engine block to cool. I left the truck at that time and got a ride home. They were able to get to my truck late the same day and finished the repair the following morning. Took to long, appointment Monday didn’t get finished till Friday. I realize parts needed to be ordered but them not being damaged could have been noticed before causing us to wait for another truck etc.
